Our most recent year, 2013-2014, was our 10th year as club and the year that our 11th president stepped in to lead. Inspiring us to “make the change we want to see” was what president Meisha Rouser brought our club as we celebrated our decade milestone of serving the community and the world.

2007-2008 was the year that president number 5, Phil Dorn, took the helm. We were no longer a new club. We had “arrived” and were now making our presence felt in the community — by delivering on a promise to bring lights to the Kingston High School football field.

2006-2007 was the year that president number 4, Paulette DeGard, took the gavel to lead our club with a focus on getting members engaged — taking ownership and doing the work of the club.

2005-2006 was our second official year as a club and the year that our 3rd president took the lead — Mr. Chuck Atcheson.

Unfortunately, Chuck suffered a major stroke in April 2013 and is now physically unable to share his memories regarding his year as president. In his place, though, we sit down with four of his fellow board members (Gene Medina, Nancy Martin, Helen Ralph, and Bill Maule) to pay homage to, and to remember, his service — his “Service Above Self.”

2004-2005 was our first official year as a club and the year that our 2nd president took the helm — a gentleman who set our foundation so that we could move forward: Dr. Gene Medina.
